Services
Ajay Upadhyay Studio provides web development, mobile app development, WhatsApp automation and related services. Each project is governed by the scope, price and timeline agreed in writing (WhatsApp or email counts) before work begins.
Estimates
Prices and timelines on this website and in the calculator are estimates, not binding quotes. A final quote is confirmed after a discovery call.
Payments
Projects typically start with an advance payment, with the balance due on milestones or delivery as agreed. Work already completed is non-refundable once delivered to the agreed scope.
Ownership
After full payment, you own the code and content built for your project. Third-party tools and libraries remain under their own licences. I may show the finished work in my portfolio unless you ask otherwise.
Revisions and support
A reasonable number of revisions within the agreed scope is included. New features or changes outside scope are quoted separately.
Liability
I am not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or traffic. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected project. Disputes are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Lucknow.
